How did AVON use music to celebrate female empowerment, unite their global salesforce, drive engagement across channels, and build a consistent global brand?

Tasked to help build brand recall and top of mind awareness, Avon's sonic agency of record Deviant Ventures onboarded Sonic Lens to help translate "Beauty for a Purpose" into sound.  

 

Together we designed a truly holistic Sonic Identity System that tied AVON comms together across all touchpoints and global territories.  This evolved into the radio release "Just a Girl" by Icona Pop which became a celebratory anthem for thousands of AVON reps as well as a flag-bearer for the #stand4her movement of global female empowerment and pride.
